One company
Wattjunction is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.
Everything here — the website itself, its advertising and Google Ads campaigns, the buying, selling, shipping, warranty and payment collection — is run by one company: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED.
What the company does
Each of these is done by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED itself:
- It built this website and runs it.
- It runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, and holds the advertising accounts.
- It buys the goods it sells and owns the stock.
- Its call centre takes each order and confirms it by phone.
- It ships the parcel and collects payment on delivery.
- It deals with returns, refunds and the 24-month guarantee.
- It is the controller of your personal data.
How to reach it
By email at desk@wattjunction.com, or with the form on the help page. The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time, and an answer comes within 2 working days. There is no public phone number: the call centre phones you, to confirm an order.
